Overview
The aim is to help entrepreneurs and businesses access the relationships and services they need to launch, grow, and operate internationally. $DC, short for Decentralized Culture, is designed as the shared access layer across this ecosystem.
This whitepaper explains the planned products, token allocation, release schedules, presale structure, governance model, development priorities, and principal risks.

Scope of this document
This whitepaper describes the project and its planned development. It does not establish that a service is currently available, that a listing has been agreed, or that an audit has been completed. Product access and any token purchase remain subject to the applicable eligibility requirements, disclosures, and separate terms presented for that activity.
Holding $DC should not be interpreted as ownership of Ben X Capital LLC or an entitlement to company revenue. No financial return, market price, exchange listing, or completion date is guaranteed.
The BENX ecosystem
BENX Launchpad
A planned fundraising platform for token and non-token businesses. Its intended process combines project submission, verification, fundraising, milestone escrow, and controlled fund releases. Participation is designed to use $DC access requirements. Release and refund outcomes depend on the applicable project terms, milestone assessment, and contract rules; project review does not eliminate investment risk.
BENX Connect and BENX Score
BENX Connect is designed to help businesses discover verified companies, qualified leads, and international connections. BENX Score is the accompanying reputation layer, drawing on verification, reviews, and performance history. Verification and scoring support assessment but are not guarantees of a counterparty's performance.
BENX Concierge
A premium service offering covering private aviation, luxury hospitality, executive transport, yachts, and VIP travel. Availability and booking conditions will depend on the relevant service and provider.
The Floor
The Floor is a planned premium venue for collaboration, deal-making, and community building. A financial lounge with live market screens and luxury seating will support networking and market discussions. Private meeting rooms will provide space for confidential investor meetings, strategy sessions, and business negotiations.
A professional podcast and media studio will enable financial interviews, market discussions, and content production. Exclusive networking events will bring traders, investors, and entrepreneurs together. Venue access, location, and operating arrangements will be announced separately.
BENXCHAIN
BENXCHAIN is the group's planned blockchain initiative. The Q4 2028 roadmap milestone marks the planned start of this initiative; it should not be read as a confirmed mainnet launch date. The initial $DC token uses Solana. Any future network transition would require separate technical information and holder guidance.
Commercial model
The planned business model combines launchpad fees, business memberships, verification services, concierge commissions, blockchain services, partnerships, and enterprise solutions. These are business revenue models, not promises of distributions to token holders.
DC token and allocation
$DC is designed to connect access and participation across the BENX ecosystem. Intended functions include launchpad access, staking, governance, membership, payments, rewards, and premium privileges. Availability will develop alongside the relevant products and their participation terms.
| Specification | Details |
|---|
| Token name | Decentralized Culture |
| Symbol | $DC |
| Initial network | Solana |
| Token standard | Token-2022 |
| Total supply | 1,000,000,000 $DC |
| Supply model | Fixed supply |
| Public presale | 40,000,000 $DC across three rounds |
Token allocation
| Allocation | Share | Tokens |
|---|
| Treasury | 26% | 260,000,000 |
| Liquidity | 20% | 200,000,000 |
| Staking rewards | 20% | 200,000,000 |
| Team and strategic reserve | 20% | 200,000,000 |
| DAO and governance | 10% | 100,000,000 |
| Public presale | 4% | 40,000,000 |
| Total | 100% | 1,000,000,000 |
These allocations describe the distribution of the fixed supply. An allocation is not the same as circulating supply. Tokens reserved for vesting, governance, rewards, or liquidity may have different availability and transfer conditions.
The fixed-supply model does not prevent changes in circulating supply as tokens unlock. It does not imply price stability or guaranteed liquidity. Token contract details and authority settings should be checked against official deployment information before participation.
Vesting and token release
The token generation event, or TGE, is Day 0 and the reference point for all cliffs and vesting timelines unless a different start date is explicitly stated. A cliff is a waiting period before the specified linear release begins.
| Allocation | Release schedule |
|---|
| Presale | 20% at TGE; remaining 80% released linearly over the following 90 days. |
| Team and strategic reserve | 24-month cliff from TGE, then 36 months of linear release. Fully vested at month 60. |
| Treasury | 13,000,000 $DC available at TGE. Remaining 247,000,000 released linearly over 48 months after a 6-month cliff. Fully released at month 54. |
| DAO and governance | 12-month cliff from TGE, then 36 months of linear release. Fully vested at month 48. |
| Staking rewards | 60-month emissions period measured from TGE. Rewards leave the pool when eligible users claim under the staking rules. |
| Liquidity | Minimum 12-month liquidity-provider lock. The actual lock start date and mechanism will be disclosed with the liquidity deployment. |
Treasury calculation
The initial 5% refers to 5% of the Treasury allocation, not 5% of total supply. Five percent of 260,000,000 $DC equals 13,000,000 $DC, or 1.3% of total supply. The remaining Treasury balance is 247,000,000 $DC. Its 48-month linear release begins after month 6, without a catch-up release for the cliff period.
Presale availability
If the entire presale allocation is sold, 8,000,000 $DC becomes available at TGE and the remaining 32,000,000 $DC vests over 90 days. Claims are designed to be executed through the on-chain presale and vesting contracts.
The 13,000,000 Treasury tokens and 8,000,000 presale tokens do not represent total circulating supply at TGE. Initial liquidity deployment and other eligible distributions must also be considered. An LP lock restricts the relevant liquidity position; it does not guarantee a token price or prevent market losses.
Presale structure
The public presale is planned for Q4 2026 and comprises 40,000,000 $DC, representing 4% of total supply. Three sequential rounds use the prices and quantities below.
| Round | Tokens | Price per token | Sequence |
|---|
| 1 | 13,333,333 | $0.075 | At presale launch |
| 2 | 13,333,333 | $0.085 | After Round 1 sells out |
| 3 | 13,333,334 | $0.095 | After Round 2 sells out |
Each round represents approximately one third of the presale allocation. Round prices describe purchase prices only; they do not predict a listing price, market value, or return.
The investor presentation identifies a Round 1 minimum purchase of 200 USDC and a price of 0.075 USDC per token. The sale interface and applicable participation terms will specify supported payment assets, any conversion method, round-specific limits, and transaction costs.
Eligibility, participating territories, identity checks, cancellation and refund conditions, and the responsible offering entity must be stated in the applicable presale documentation. This whitepaper does not itself establish a right to purchase or a general right to a refund. No payment instructions or token contract address are provided here.
Use of proceeds
The intended use of funds covers five areas:
- Product and technology, including launchpad completion and development of Connect and Score.
- Security and audit, including independent smart contract review and remediation.
- Market expansion, including community development, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Liquidity and exchange readiness, including integration preparation and market-making support.
- Legal, compliance, and team development, including specialist advice and key hires.
A percentage split has not been finalized. No fixed use-of-proceeds percentages are represented in this document. Exchange preparation and discussions do not mean that an exchange has agreed to list $DC.
Staking, membership, and governance
Staking model
The published staking model uses three lock durations. The following figures are annualized rates labeled APY in the investor presentation, rather than the return earned over each lock period.
| Lock duration | Base APY | Silver NFT | Gold NFT |
|---|
| 30 days | 10% | 13% | 25% |
| 90 days | 20% | 23% | 35% |
| 180 days | 35% | 38% | 50% |
Silver adds 3 percentage points and Gold adds 15 percentage points to the stated base rate. The NFT must be held in the staking wallet for the relevant boost to apply. Rewards are described as claimable after the staking period has been completed.
The final staking rules must specify the reward calculation, any compounding, eligibility checks, withdrawal conditions, and parameter changes. This table alone is not a calculation of the amount payable for a stake and does not guarantee rewards or their monetary value. Additional NFT uses across Concierge and The Floor remain planned rather than confirmed entitlements.
Reward emissions
The staking allocation is 200,000,000 $DC. Its 60-month emissions period uses TGE as the launch reference point. Emissions do not mean that every token is automatically paid out: actual transfers from the pool occur when users qualify and claim under the staking rules.
Community governance
The proposed DAO model uses staked $DC as the base voting weight, with a lock-duration multiplier and NFT-linked proposal rights. The intended process moves through proposal drafting, eligibility review, voting, a timelock, and on-chain execution.
The intended scope includes launchpad listings, treasury allocations, milestone disputes, ecosystem grants, reward parameters, and fee parameters. Corporate strategy, company operations, and group structure remain with Ben X Capital. Voting thresholds, quorum, timelock duration, and execution permissions will be governed by the published DAO rules and deployed contracts.
Technology, security, and roadmap
Initial architecture
The initial architecture is based on Solana and Token-2022. The design includes wallet integration, NFT membership, sale rounds, escrow, vesting and claims, staking, DAO functions, treasury controls, and multisignature administration. Product availability and contract deployment details will be communicated through official channels.
Audit and launch sequence
The planned independent audit follows completion of the presale and precedes TGE and public listing. The intended scope includes sale contracts, milestone escrow, vesting and claims, staking, and token mint authorities. The planned process includes auditor appointment, code freeze, review, remediation, and a final security assessment.
This whitepaper does not claim that an independent audit has been completed. Participation before completion of that work carries additional unresolved technical risk. An audit, when completed, cannot guarantee that all defects or vulnerabilities have been identified.
Development roadmap
| Target period | Milestone |
|---|
| Q4 2026 | Ecosystem expansion and launch of the $DC presale. |
| Q1 2027 | Launch BENX Connect, BENX Score, BENX Concierge, and BENX Launchpad. |
| Q2 and Q3 2027 | Expand the ecosystem, platforms, services, and community. |
| Q4 2027 | Begin The Floor initiative. |
| Q4 2028 | Begin the BENXCHAIN initiative. |
The roadmap expresses current targets. Delivery depends on development, funding, operational readiness, partners, and applicable requirements. Dates and scope may change. A planned milestone should not be interpreted as proof that a product is already operating.
Risks and official information
Market and liquidity risk
Digital assets can lose some or all of their value. Secondary trading may be limited or unavailable. Liquidity arrangements and fixed supply do not eliminate volatility. Future unlocks, concentrated holdings, and changes in demand can affect markets.
Technology and custody risk
Smart contract defects, compromised keys, wallet errors, malicious transactions, network disruption, and third-party integration failures can cause loss or interrupt services. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Users must verify official addresses and protect wallet credentials.
Delivery and counterparty risk
Products depend on successful development, available capital, personnel, and adoption. Features may be delayed, changed, or not delivered. The ecosystem also depends on service providers, partners, and listed projects. Verification, reputation scores, escrow mechanisms, and milestone reviews cannot remove all counterparty or execution risk.
Governance and control risk
Token ownership and voting power may be concentrated. Administrative controls, governance decisions, and changes to operating arrangements can affect participation. Community voting does not give token holders control over corporate operations or ownership of the company.
Legal and tax considerations
Requirements differ by location and activity and may change. Participation may be restricted, and separate disclosures or agreements may be required. The legal treatment of a token is not determined solely by calling it a utility or access token. Participants should obtain advice suited to their circumstances, including tax obligations.
