Ben X Launchpad

From Projects to Opportunities

Overview

Project launch and fundraising infrastructure

Ben X Launchpad is the project-launch and fundraising infrastructure of the Ben X Ecosystem. It is designed to provide project creators and businesses with technology to present opportunities, structure fundraising campaigns, manage participation, and distribute tokens or contractual participation rights depending on the project structure.

The Launchpad is designed to accommodate both token-based and non-token projects.

Token-based projects can establish fundraising parameters, allocations, vesting schedules, milestones, token distribution and other campaign conditions.

Non-token projects can support structures such as revenue sharing, profit sharing, fixed repayment or other defined participation models, subject to the relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

The platform incorporates project submission and review, fundraising configuration, participation tracking, milestones, escrow functionality where applicable, refunds, token distribution, vesting, liquidity evidence and dedicated project and participant dashboards.

$DC Access

$DC Access Requirement

Access to Ben X Launchpad will require users to maintain a minimum amount of $DC in their connected wallet. The minimum requirement will be announced separately and may vary depending on the type of access or functionality.

Project creators may also be subject to separate $DC holding or staking requirements before they can create or launch a project.

This makes $DC an integral part of accessing and participating in the Launchpad rather than simply an optional payment asset.
